Care & Maintenance Guide | Preserve Your Wall Murals & Sculptures | Dezin India

Care, Installation and After-Sales Support

Clean your Fiber artwork with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Use mild soap sparingly when needed. Avoid abrasive scrubbing, harsh chemicals, solvents, prolonged water exposure and impact. A water-resistant Fiber structure does not mean every painted finish is suitable for all outdoor conditions.

Outdoor use

Confirm outdoor suitability and the required protective finish for your particular artwork before ordering. Sunlight, rain, humidity and coastal exposure may affect the finish over time. Request maintenance advice before applying any coating or touch-up product.

Installation

Use a competent installer for heavy or large artworks. The installer must assess the wall or support structure, product weight, fixings and site access. Do not assume any wall, including drywall or plywood, can support the artwork without appropriate reinforcement. Follow the instructions supplied for the particular item.

Installation, unloading, lifting and on-site movement are included only when expressly agreed in your quotation. Confirm responsibility and charges before arranging these services.

Warranty and support

Any specific commercial warranty must be stated in your written quotation, invoice or warranty document, including its coverage and duration. General descriptions of durability are not a fixed-term or lifetime warranty. This does not restrict statutory rights for defective or misdescribed goods.

Damage caused by mishandling, falls, improper installation or unauthorised alteration is not a transit-damage claim. For a suspected defect, send the order details and photographs before attempting repairs. Genuine delivery issues are handled under our No Refunds & Damage Replacement Policy.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
