Dezin India Private Limited accepts prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for regular or customised orders.

Regular Orders

Regular orders require 100% payment in advance to confirm the order.

Customised Orders

Customized orders require a 20% advance payment to confirm the order. The remaining 80% must be paid before dispatch.

Customized artwork will be dispatched only after the full payment has been received and verified.

Payment Confirmation

Please make payments only through the official payment details or payment links provided by Dezin India Private Limited. Payment confirmation is subject to verification of funds received.

Production and Delivery Timelines

For both regular and customised orders, please confirm the production, dispatch and estimated delivery timeline with your assigned salesperson before placing the order.

Timelines vary depending on the artwork, customisation requirements, availability and delivery location. An estimated dispatch date is different from an estimated delivery date.
