All products sold by Dezin India Private Limited are non-returnable.

Many of our products are handcrafted, customized, made-to-order, specially manufactured, or produced according to customer requirements. Therefore, once an order is confirmed, we do not accept returns due to change of mind, personal preference, colour preference, size concerns, design preference, or suitability after delivery.

Customers are requested to carefully verify the product design, dimensions, colour, specifications, installation space, and other requirements before confirming the order.

Minor variations in colour, texture, finishing, detailing, or appearance may occur because our products involve handcrafted processes. Such reasonable variations are not considered grounds for return.

Customized, personalized, made-to-size, made-to-colour, and made-to-order products are strictly non-returnable once production has started.

Products must not be sent back to Dezin India Private Limited without prior written authorization.

This No Return Policy does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
